My prior game "Profiles of the Forgotten" was a sensitive, spiritual, and highly personal work. It was inspired by art film and cinema, as well as art games like Myst and Silent Hill.
NPBFB is quite the opposite. It is a conglomeration of all of the negative experiences I have had in Los Angeles and is created to instill a sense of TRASH on the player. All of the assets in NPBFB are off of the asset store and shamelessly thrown into the level with a disregard for their meaning. I call this "Trashthetics".
All of the content in NPBFB is unrefined, off the cuff, and blasphemous. The intent was to be able to finish something that was a reflection of spontaneity rather than planning and deep personal vision.
